Generic Cialis (Tadacip, Tadaga, Tadagra, Tadalis, Vidalista)
Generic Cialis contains the active ingredient – Tadalafil which belongs to a group of medical preparations called PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type 5) inhibitors. PDE5 is the enzyme that breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).
When a sexual excitement causes local release of NO, the suppression of PDE5 causes increase of cGMP and the consequent relaxation of smooth muscles. This finally leads to increase of blood inflow to the penis allowing men to achieve firm erection and perform sexual intercourse. Tadalafil 20mg does not work in absence of sexual excitement. The main advantage of Tadalafil that it remains active in the blood for 36 hours allowing to achieve erection during this period after administration.
PDE5 is an enzyme found in the smooth muscle of the cavernous body of the penis , smooth muscles of the internal organs, skeletal muscle, platelets, kidney, lung and cerebellum. It is proved that Tadalafil is 10 000 times more selective for PDE5 than for PDE1, PDE2, PDE4 and PDE7, which are located in the heart, brain, blood vessels, liver, leukocytes, skeletal muscle and other organs. Original Tadalafil is 10 000 times more actively blocks PDE5 than PDE3 - an enzyme that is found in the heart tissue and blood vessels. It means that Tadalafil does not significantly affect these tissues and organs.
In general Calis improves erection and the possibility to perform successful sexual intercourse. After oral administration, tadalafil starts acting in 20-30 minutes.
